20s is the best time of our lives and 30s will be the new 20s! Let us have fun in this ‘emerging adulthood’ phase! Gonna turn 29 in a month, I decided to find 30 relatively new things and goals to achieve before I hit the big 3! Inspired by some friends’ ’30 before 30’, I have thought about this for a few months before coming up with this list.
- I will send 100 thank-you emails/letters to 100 people who inspired me in the last 10years.
- I will volunteer at least 12 days this year with children.
- I will start and complete Project 365.
- I will do 1 fun and different thing every week.
- I will finish reading 30 inspiring books.
- I will complete reading 1 autobiography of a successful woman.
- I will meet my girlfriends at least once a month.

- I will spend 1 hour a day on self-improvement.
- I will meditate, practice pranayama, acupoint massage, quantum touch, quantum jumping, or yoga at least 20 minutes daily.
- I will take a 2-day retreat at least once.
- I will cook a proper meal once a month.
- I will visit 1 new country (likely to be Taiwan/Korea).
- I will learn a new language (likely to be Korean).
- I will play a song on my keyboard (still learning Canon in D).
- I will dance 1 hour once a week (hiphop and maybe lapdance).
- I will attend exercise class once a month.
- I will complete 50 jogs/walks around Botanic Gardens.
- I will participate in a 5-km run.
- I will learn rollerblading.
- I will try golfing.
- I will be a great girlfriend to a lucky guy.
- I will take at least 1 serving of raw veggie, fruit and juice daily.
- I will weigh 50kg by 31 December 2012.
- I will complete writing a screenplay/novel/book.
- I will complete 1 cross-stitch masterpiece.
- I will watch a sunrise successfully.
- I will act/model in 1 TV/movie/printed publication.
- I will spend 30 minutes daily managing my finances and investment.
- I will generate SGD 500 monthly from my investment.
- I will ask a cute guy out.
